Born into the flexible packaging industry, Leonardo (Len) Giglio is the son of Co-Founder and former President of Tempo Flexible Packaging, Joseph Giglio.
Starting his career in 2007 as an Account Manager, Len’s focus was on business development. Working on the road, Len had the opportunity to observe many different manufacturing facilities from startups, to family businesses and larger CPG’s.
