Comfort Fabric Conditioner
It can be difficult for the 217M people worldwide* (*RNIB research 2022) who have moderate to severe visual impairments to use our products and access essential information about the product itself.
We believe navigating products like this are a basic human right for everyone. We already have QR codes on 4bn packs and our brands struggle to include more apps and codes on our labelling, so we have simplified the challenge – by evolving the QR code to be accessible for all. Our Accessible QR code solution is integrated into the existing and widely adopted Microsoft Seeing AI Accessibility App. It can be scanned at a distance, will navigate you to our product, whilst providing you with product use information and will adapt to your smartphone accessibility settings.
Sighted consumers can scan the Accessible QR code through their smartphone camera, as they would usually scan a normal QR code and receive the relevantly tailored product and how to use information.

How the Zapvision app works:
- Download the Zapvision app (or Zapvision enabled app).
- Open the app and point in the direction of a product (in store or at home).
- The app will search for and detect an accessible QR code up to 1.2m away and start to give audio queues and category information for the product.
- Once the desired product is found, product information including allergens, dietary preferences, and any on-pack information can be accessed using the devices in built accessibility features such as voice assist.
